Glass Ampoule CCIT
During 1980s, Nikka Densok developed the world’s first screw-type ampoule inspection machine to inspect the fused seal and neck areas. The machine’s inspection concept established even before Annex 1 Container Closure Integrity Testing (CCIT) requirements were widely recognized for fused-seal containers.
Glass Ampoule CCIT
High-speed Leak Inspection for Glass Ampoules
Nikka Densok’s advanced high voltage inspection systems are designed to ensure CCIT for glass ampoules with high precision and reliability. This series is equipped with four standard high voltage inspection electrodes dedicated to the tip, neck, body, and bottom of the ampoule.
- Features

Liquid Distribution Vibrating System
A dedicated vibration system is integrated to distribute the liquid, improving flow through the narrow neck area and significantly enhancing inspection accuracy, while also facilitating smoother movement of higher-density products.

Reliable WFI Inspection
Capable of inspecting low conductivity products such as WFI and other solutions with 1µS/cm.

Test Kit
Nikka Densok’s in-house-developed test kit consists of replicated good and defective units in same dimensions as the actual ampoule containers, enabling verification of inspection settings prior to each production batch.
