Inline ACE-trac™ Glass Vial Leak Inspection

This advanced inspection machine, designed for glass vials, is equipped with the patented ACE-trac™ transfer system, engineered for seamless, stable, and gentle container handling. It features six standard high voltage inspection stations to inspect the rubber and aluminum cap area, neck, body, and bottom of the container, providing full-body inspection.

A standard four- or six-channel high voltage system is available across the lineup, providing full-body inspection. In addition to high-speed inline applications, this machine can be equipped with infeed and discharge turntables for offline leak inspection.

Test Kit
