Offline CCIT

Various glass container inspection on one platform

This is a standalone offline inspection machine designed for CCIT of glass containers on a single platform. Customized solutions can also be offered for fused-seal parenterals such as IV bottles and BFS strips. This type of machine is particularly useful for sampling-based CCIT, where only a specified quantity from a batch is tested for leakage. In addition, such a system provides significant value for manufacturers who require container closure integrity data during development and risk assessment to define an appropriate CCIT strategy for each product.
